About the role

Integrated Innovation and Hospitality Colleges' is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant/Accounting Staff to join our team in Novaliches Proper Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to contribute to the successful operations of our growing organisation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards
• Provide support to the finance team as needed
• Participate in the implementation of accounting systems and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and insights

• With Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Preferably with experience in a similar accounting role, in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
