MANDARIN COMMERCIAL MANAGER- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales pipelines and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports to management.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and pricing with clients and vendors.
- Liaise between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and legal teams to support product launches and campaigns.
- Provide training and support to sales or business development teams regarding Chinese market strategies and cultural best practices.
- Proven experience working with Chinese markets or Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
