General Manager (Integrator)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: LMA: Lead, manage and hold people accountable. Run the day-to-day aspects of the business. Be accountable for profit and loss, and for execution of the business plan.
Create organizational clarity, force resolutions and conclusions, drive execution of the business plan, and ensure follow-through with people. Eliminate hurdles, obstacles, and barriers that hinder task execution. What you DO?

A Master’s Degree and Post-graduate certification is an advantage but not required.
20 to 25 years of experience in business operations and people management. 10 years in a management position with a strong track record in progressive business management, people building, and process integration. At least 5 years in a
General Manager or COO position. Experience in the FMCG or Distribution (wholesale-retail) industry. Delivers work with high integrity.
