About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Project Manager – Structural to join our team and lead structural design and project management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from design to execution.
- Conduct structural design, analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Oversee the use of ETABS, CAD, and STAAD software for project design and analysis.
- Serve as the team’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) in structural engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success within scope, time, and budget.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Proven experience in structural design, analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Strong background in managing construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in ETABS, CAAD, and STAAD software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Tandang Sora, Quezon City and visit project sites as necessary
