Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing potential candidates, sending recruitment communications, screening resumes, and assessing candidate suitability through interviews and examinations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. The TA Specialist is also expected to recommend and implement process improvements that support the company’s growth and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Main Functions:

  • Ensure timely placements for manpower requisitions
  • Develop, implement, and recommend operational policies in recruitment
  • Manage all recruitment requisitions and onboarding training plans
  • Conduct workforce planning with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Track, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost of hire, fulfillment and retention ratios)
  • Implement new sourcing methods and participate in online and offline job fairs and career events
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment techniques
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks within their scope of work, as assigned by the direct supervisor

Minimal Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
