Compounding Associate

This position will play a key role in the production process of premixes, specifically for spice, beverage, and juice products. The Compounding Associate will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and blending raw ingredients to produce high-quality premixes used in various food and beverage products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict formulations and quality standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment, particularly in compounding, mixing, or blending processes, is preferred.

Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, especially for spice, beverage, and juice products.

Ability to measure and mix ingredients with precision.
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes/formulations exactly.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Familiarity with food safety standards and GMP regulations.

Work Environment:

The position involves working in a production facility, with exposure to various ingredients, machinery, and mixing equipment. Employees are expected to follow safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
