Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts in the US and APAC regions
- Prospecting and generating leads, conducting high-level negotiations, and closing complex sales deals
- Managing and mentoring a team of sales executives to maximise their performance and effectiveness
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns and sales initiatives
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and forecasting sales accurately to meet quarterly and annual targets
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and key metrics
- At least 1-2 years of experience in experience in a sales management role, preferably in the US and/or APAC markets
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Account & Relationship Management industry and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proficiency in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig on a night/shifting Schedule
