The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Area Sales Manager in driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, training and mentoring sales staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
years of experience in sales or a related field, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred Skills: Experience and Knowledge in Construction or Building Materials

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
