Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Silay City, Negros Occidental Work Arrangement: Onsite Salary Range: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Manage financial transactions including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and institutional policies.
• Manage internal controls and assist with audits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff and support their professional development.
• Utilize accounting systems effectively for reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must have completed a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance Management or Accounting), Commerce, or other relevant fields
• At least 1 year in a leadership role in accounting or finance
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manage or Finance Manager, or similar position
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial management, and internal control procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or equivalent)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Must be willing to work onsite in Silay City, Negros Occidental
