Design Coordinator

We focus on providing the customization option clients, as well as designers, are looking for.

We are currently hiring for a Design Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate/college student. Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or graduate of any Drafting Courses (or any related courses) is a big advantage, as well as being proficient in CAD, Sketchup, and Adobe (Photoshop and Illustrator.)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Shopify, Canva and Google Drive
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work and multi-task across several project assignments
• Ability to work well with a team of designers
• Must be very organized and knows how to file documents

Job Details:

• Manage projects from the initial proposal stage through working drawings, production, installation, and final completion.
• Develop comprehensive working drawings for assigned projects.
• Coordinate effectively between suppliers, designers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site visits and take necessary measurements before production and during the installation phase.
• The expected start date for this position is May 26, 2025.
