MANDARIN MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and determine the most efficient method for repair or replacement.

-Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with local, national, and company-specific safety regulations.

Work with procurement to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary.
Stay updated on the latest mechanical and electrical technologies and practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English,
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, electrical circuits, and automation systems.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.

-Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, from technicians to senior management.
