The Kitchen Team leader

1. has a personal motorbike for mobility within Cebu City and Mactan
2. is willing to commit to a minimum of 5yrs employment and beyond
3. has at least 4year experience in the food industry
4. has an understanding of standards and how to implement them among branches

1. classified as a management level employee with 1 day off per week.
2. receiving a pay package of P18,000 composed of basic pay plus de minimis benefits and transportation allowance.

1. Will initially be trained for 30 to 60 days to have a full understanding of the menu standards and kitchen practices at a base rate of P15,000
2. When kitchen mastery is developed, will visit and oversee all kitchen operations in line with standards and this comes with a 2k add on allowance
3. Will assist management in controls and implementation
