Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth hand-offs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, cold calling, or appointment setting is a strong plus.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
