The Opportunity
Innosen Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that drive our business forward.This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain backend services using Java SpringBoot.
- Build responsive, user-friendly mobile and web applications with Flutter.
- Design and optimize database schemas using SQLite and Postgres.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Application Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java SpringBoot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile and web development.
- Expertise in SQL with experience in SQLite and Postgres database design and optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to write efficient, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer or in a similar role

- Hands-on experience with front-end (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Django) frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
