Schedule: 6:00am – 3:00pm PHT
Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 Php
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with aged care clients while delivering efficient and compliant recruitment solutions. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a proactive mindset, and is passionate about connecting quality talent with critical client needs
You will be the key liaison for your portfolio of aged care clients, responsible for understanding and fulfilling their staffing requirements. By developing deep relationships, maintaining regular communication, and proactively addressing their recruitment needs, you will ensure your clients consider your organization their preferred recruitment partner.Collaboration across internal teams and commitment to compliance will be essential as you navigate recruitment planning, candidate management, and operational reporting.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
Recruitment & Staffing Solutions: Identify vacant shifts within aged care facilities and fill them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Deliver real-time shift assignments using Deputy (Rostering Application) to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate rostering.Proactively anticipate and plan for future staffing needs, with the goal of reducing unfilled shifts by 20% in targeted locations.
Collaborate with the team to offer strategic recruitment guidance based on upcoming client requirements.
Send at least five e-shots per week to reverse market candidates and generate shift vacancies, new business and leads.
Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term partnerships with aged care clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and staffing solutions.
Conduct a minimum of three virtual client meetings per quarter to strengthen relationships and assess service satisfaction.
Actively pursue new business opportunities, aiming to commence shift coverage with at least two new facilities per quarter.
Candidate Management & Compliance: Ensure high standards of candidate care through regular communication, onboarding support, and service review calls.
Oversee weekly capturing and monitoring of candidate availability to align supply with client demand.Ensure all candidates in the pool maintain 100% compliance with mandatory documentation and internal standards.
Maintain accurate and timely updates in JobAdder (CRM) and Deputy to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:Provide weekly performance reports to the Healthcare team, including insights on account activity, new client acquisition, and growth opportunities.
Contribute to achieving the team's collective weekly target of 1,250 filled hours.
Maintain high call activity levels, with a minimum of 1,000 calls made or received per month.
Incentive Program:If the team achieves their Key Performance Indicators monthly, bonus pay or gift vouchers will be given. This incentive applies for each month you work.
Qualifications as an Account Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or similar HR functions.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy, even under tight deadlines.
Proficient in recruitment software, ATS, and CRM systems.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Fast worker with a strong can-do attitude and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative.
