Acquisition Strategy & Execution
  • Drive the planning and execution of property acquisition strategy across both established and emerging markets.
  • Ensure a robust, well-managed pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Continuously assess performance across acquisition zones and optimize sourcing models and geographic coverage.
Field Operations & Process Management
  • Oversee daily field operations related to property sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition.
  • Implement standardized playbooks, documentation protocols, and internal controls to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Review and approve acquisition proposals, validating field inputs and financial viability.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead and coach a network of regional and field-based managers to drive productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Define clear KPIs and use performance data to inform coaching, process enhancements, and performance reviews.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives across the acquisition team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution and mitigate risk.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for market expansion, property coverage, and operational scalability.
Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track acquisition performance, timelines, and deal outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights and data visualizations to inform decision-making and drive optimization efforts.
  • Monitor acquisition performance against targets, forecasts, and return metrics to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Strong operational and strategic leadership experience, with at least 8 years in roles involving acquisitions, field operations, or business expansion-ideally in asset-heavy or distributed environments.
  • Experience in or exposure to the real estate sector is preferred, but not strictly required. A solid understanding of property acquisition dynamics and on-the-ground operations is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive process excellence in fast-paced, performance-oriented contexts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a bias for execution and field-grounded decision-making.
  • Comfortable navigating between operational detail and executive-level planning.
  • Effective communicator with strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
