What you’ll do- Develop, maintain, and ensure quality of program code to meet business requirements.
- Create and execute tests for code, troubleshoot issues, and refine requirements into actionable tasks.
- Plan and prioritize deliverables, actively contributing to development initiatives.
- Communicate with stakeholders, support incidents, and drive improvements in team dynamics.
- Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and help improve team processes.
- 8+ years in software development and contributing to cross-team projects.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot and MySQL, with experience in PHP and modern development practices. Familiar with Maven/Gradle, Livewire, and software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, maintain code quality, and mentor team members. Focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
