What’s the scoop? As a US Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will develop financial models, analyze data, and create automated Power BI dashboards to drive strategic decision-making. Place to Work Certified! What you’ll do Perform financial modelling and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and data manipulation. Create and manage Power BI dashboards, automating reporting processes and presenting data insights. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather data, identify trends, and interpret financial information.

Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management and stakeholders. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines from a top-tier university.

Strong finance background with 5+ years of experience in financial modelling and data analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation and modelling. Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting automation.

Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus. Excellent communication and English proficiency, able to operate in a fully English-speaking environment. Must be able to produce results in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment.

Good interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems, programming or coding languages, and big data is a plus. Available to connect with US clients and work US hours.
