Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily accounting operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing leadership to the accounting team. This role involves maintaining the integrity of financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budget preparation and audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with tax preparation and filing, as well as experience with audits.
• Proven experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
