II. Job Description:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This position involves managing the front desk, handling communications, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily operations. A receptionist must be organized, courteous, and efficient.
III. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and timekeeping.
IV. Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree holder of any program.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
