Project Manager (Data) - Quezon City

Compensation: ₱90,000 – ₱130,000 per month

SIGNING BONUS equivalent one (1) month base pay!

Job Description

As a Project Manager (Data), you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects that align with company goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, handle challenges, and lead teams to success. Your role will also involve process improvement, performance management, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Provide status updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Help establish and improve project lifecycle practices, templates, tools, and documentation standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
• Support teams in meeting project goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and resolve conflicts, issues, and delays in the project timeline.
• Report on project success metrics, testing, and deployment of key initiatives.
• Manage project scope, changes, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Align project objectives with business strategies and goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and project closure.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and next steps.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Oversee performance, attendance, and departmental goals.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and initiate improvement plans.
• Participate in hiring by interviewing and evaluating applicants.
• Enforce company policies and apply disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management or a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong background in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource planning
• Experience managing night shift teams is a plus
• PMP or other project management certification is an advantage but not required
