Job Description
Direct and control the human resources and administrative services department to provide a comprehensive and professional support services to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate human resource and administrative services in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000:2015 version, ISO 14000 and OHSAS standards.
- Determine department's talent requirements and workload allocation by performing recruitment activities such as manpower planning, sourcing, screening & selection and placement in order to hire the right person for the right job at the right time.
- Lead and manage a team as well as oversee the full spectrum of HR services. These serves as primary point of contact for all internal clients and point of escalation for all advisory issues.
- Oversee human resource development to build-up employee competencies. Coordinate and facilitate with key people the identification of development needs (training needs analysis) of employees. Source training experts and work closely with them in creating learning interventions (training program design), in facilitating the delivery of learning solutions and acquisition of required competencies (training program implementation), and in measuring the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements (training program evaluation
- Manage administrative services covering travel facilitation, canteen, medical clinic, janitorial and landscaping services, messenger services, fleet management and manpower service providers; and etc.
- College degree graduate in Psychology, LLB, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- Industry-relevant manufacturing experience, minimum of 3-5 years in managerial capacity or minimum of 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Information technology skills application (SAP, EXACT, CITRIX, ORACLE, ERIC, ACCPAC)
- Experience in ISO Certified Company. With working background in Good Manufacturing Practices; Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Standards.
