Digital Marketing Outreach Specialist

About Us:

Team Intelligence is an innovative digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation, content marketing, and AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving our outreach efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Utilize various lead generation tools and strategies to identify, research, and qualify potential leads.
Use email marketing and lead generation software efficiently, adapting to new AI-driven tools and innovations.
Conduct outreach via email and other digital channels to engage with prospects and secure business opportunities.
Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Act as a problem solver and critical thinker, providing innovative solutions to outreach challenges.
Exhibit leadership qualities and take initiative in improving outreach strategies and team performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with overall marketing and sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary

Work Location: In person

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and outreach campaigns.
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and lead generation software.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI-based marketing technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and work independently with a can-do attitude.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities, capable of handling high-pressure situations.
Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
