RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • TO BE ASSIGNED IN WAREHOUSE
  • PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO ENSURE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE OFFICE.
  • CARRIES OUT ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES SUCH AS FILING, TYPING, COPYING, BINDING, SCANNING, ETC.
  • COMPLETES OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BY SCHEDULING AND ASSIGNING ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECTS AND EXPEDITING WORK RESULTS.
  • SUPPORTS THE TEAM BY PERFORMING TASKS RELATED TO ORGANIZATION AND STRONG COMMUNICATION.
  • MAINTAINS SUPPLIES INVENTORY BY CHECKING STOCK TO DETERMINE INVENTORY LEVEL, ANTICIPATING NEEDED SUPPLIES, PLACING AND EXPEDITING ORDERS FOR SUPPLIES.
  • CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT BY ACCOMPLISHING RELATED RESULTS AS NEEDED.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST HAVE A BACHELOR DEGREE MAJOR IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OR EQUIVALENT
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OR OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT
  • KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES -PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (MS EXCEL AND MS POWERPOINT, IN PARTICULAR)
  • EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE WORK
-ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

-STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK
