ABOUT US:
Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are
seeking an Executive Assistant to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will manage the full executive
support cycle, including calendar planning, team coordination, and preparation of reports and
documents for the Country head.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Country head’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments and
- Consolidate updates, timelines, projects, tasks and deliverables from all departments to keep
- Assist in creating reports, slides, and updates for internal meetings and executive presentations.
- Maintain organized digital folders and trackers across Google Drive, and Sheets to ensure quick
- Arrange travel, handle personal errands, and support day-to-day logistics to lighten the Country
head’s load.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Haves:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or any related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas,
spreadsheet automation, and high-level report generation.
- Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City), and in a hybrid setup (3
days onsite, 2 days remote).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus, but not required for the role.
- A self-starter and amenable to work in a one-person team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and
external stakeholders.
