Payroll Business Process Outsourcing Lead (Senior Manager)
Job Summary:
As Payroll Business Process Outsourcing Lead, you will oversee and manage groups of personnel in Payroll Accounting, Payroll Operations, and Payroll Helpdesk who help ensure that payroll is processed accurately and promptly for workers in various jurisdictions and geographical areas.You will have a significant impact on the organization's overall financial health and employee happiness by ensuring that workers receive their paychecks accurately and on schedule.
- Overall team lead for international payroll processing, accounting, and related tasks, you will oversee the correct, timely, and high-quality execution of payroll processing across various countries and regions by adhering to a predetermined payroll playbook.
- Responsible for operational delivery and ongoing stakeholder management, collaborate closely with all sites to drive continuous improvements and satisfy service level agreements.
- Oversee payroll input validation, output reconciliation, and error or discrepancy resolution.
- Oversee the coordination and communication between the team, the client, and payroll service providers; escalate problems as needed; find possible solutions; and provide status updates on a regular basis.
- Observe all relevant client and legal obligations for compliance and data protection.
- Oversee payroll operations that take place outside of the typical payroll cycle, such as year-end tasks, off-cycle payouts like bonuses, and requirements for particular nations.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly company evaluations, key performance measures, customer performance indicators, and service level agreements.
- Determine and report any necessary modifications or updates to the playbook.
- Train team members, make sure training materials are maintained current, and step in as a backup as necessary.
- Oversee the selection, planning, and implementation of initiatives for ongoing improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor DegreeMinimum Year(s) of Experience: 5-7 year(s)
Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ): Prior Payroll Global Operations support , people management and proficiency in English (written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft suite of Office applications
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: In depth Payroll Operations
