JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
  • With BOSH for Nurses Training (DOLE Accredited)is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a company nurse or similar role (clinic, hospital, or occupational health experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of DOLE health and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Reception Management Assist Guests, Visitors, Applicants, New Hires, and attend to Phone Calls
  • Meeting Room Management: Scheduling/Cleanliness/Proper Utilization
  • Organizing and Cleanliness of the Reception Area (To be audited by her immediate Superior)
  • Immediate resolutions on Repairs and Maintenance issues of Reception Area, i.e. No Busted
  • Lights/ACUs are working
  • Flight Booking & Accomodation
  • Ensure Accutrate Bookings
  • Ontime Processing of Booking Requests
  • Ensure compliance to Admin Travel Policy
  • Process accreditation
  • /Corporate Accounts: PAL, Cebu Pacific, Air Asia
  • Submission of Cost Analysis vs. LY vs. Budget (AirFare/Hotel)
  • Creating Dashboard to Monitor employees on Leave, Official Business
  • Request for Payments
  • Ontime Payment of Billings
  • Submission of Cost Analysis vs. LY vs. Budget
  • Company Nurse Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
  • Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
  • Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
  • Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
  • Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
  • Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
  • Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
  • Communicate with management on a regular basis.
  • Attend seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress
