Influencer Marketing Specialist

Li Auto PH is seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of influencer campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and trust in the Philippine market. What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategy: Design and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Build partnerships: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers (nano to mega-tier) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Campaign execution: Negotiate deliverables and rates, manage contracts, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Analyze performance: Track KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization
• Reporting: Create post-campaign reports and recommend strategies for scaling influencer activities
• Brand alignment: Ensure all influencer content aligns with Li Auto’s premium brand voice, values, and marketing objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to interpret data and optimize based on insights
• Up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred Traits:

• Creative, outgoing, and proactive personality
• Experience with automotive or luxury brands is a plus
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence)
