Position Summary

VALCIE REALTY CORPORATION is launching a sustainable cacao plantation project in the Philippines, with the goal of developing a 100-hectare farm in Bohol and establishing future post-harvest transformation facilities.

We are looking for a Project Manager based between Cebu and Bohol, who will take full responsibility for the early stages of the project, particularly the identification and acquisition of agricultural land, and lead its implementation with a high level of autonomy.

• Lead the search, evaluation, and acquisition of suitable land in Bohol for cacao production
• Coordinate site visits, technical assessments, and negotiations with landowners, LGUs, and local agents
• Oversee nursery planning, land preparation, agroforestry layout, and planting operations
• Manage procurement, budgeting, logistics, and coordination of local teams
• Ensure compliance with environmental and zoning regulations
• Report regularly to the company's director and contribute strategic recommendations
• Operate with complete autonomy and initiative, including in field decisions

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Rural Development, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in agricultural project management, land development, or plantation operations
• Strong leadership, field organization, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex field logistics
• Fluency in English and Filipino; Visayan fluency is a strong advantage
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cebu/Bohol (no housing provided)
• Familiarity with the Philippine agricultural context and land acquisition procedures is a strong asset
