Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and find effective solutions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Other tasks that may be assigned
Salary range:
- PHP20,000 - PHP23,000
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive./
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to confidently manage priorities and interactions.
- Demonstrates a high level of accountability and reliability.
- Ability to work independently, and under pressure.
