Real Estate Acquisition & Lead Generation Specialist (Connecticut Market)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisition & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a talent for building rapport, and can help us consistently close wholesale deals in the Connecticut market.This role will focus on generating and qualifying motivated seller leads, managing the acquisitions pipeline, performing basic title searches, and assisting with contract organization and deal flow. You’ll work closely with our team to grow our acquisitions operation and play a key role in helping us scale.What You'll Be Doing:

Generate, qualify, and manage motivated seller leads via cold calling, text, email, and online platformsBuild strong relationships with sellers, understand their situations, and negotiate win-win dealsConduct property research and run basic title searches to confirm ownership, liens, and other key detailsDraft and organize contracts (purchase agreements, assignments, etc.)Manage leads and deal status within CRM tools (Podio, REI Reply, or similar)Follow up consistently with warm leads and move them through the sales pipelineCollaborate with the team to match deals with buyers and close transactionsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure all deals are organized and up to date

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or investor-focused real estateProven ability to generate quality leads and close dealsExperience with title research and public records (especially in Connecticut)Familiarity with contracts and assignment agreementsStrong communication and negotiation skills — both verbal and writtenTech-savvy: experience with CRMs, Google Sheets, and skip tracing toolsHighly organized and able to manage multiple deals and follow-ups at onceSelf-motivated, accountable, and eager to grow with a long-term teamBased in or familiar with the Connecticut real estate market (preferred)

Bonus If You Have:

Experience using tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, REI Reply, etc.A list of investor buyers in CT or an established networkReal estate license (not required but a plus)
