Job Description

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, collaborating with other departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and manage costs effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certification or degree is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
