  • To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
  • Document the receipt of official documents and file them efficiently.
  • Properly compile all soft copies according to on hand files and must be labeled per document/ category.
  • Properly label all hard copies with its corresponding reference code.
  • Keep and organize a file of pertinent documents related to a specific case.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures;
  • Knowledgeable in basic process, principles and procedure of government agencies in Business Permits, Licenses, Insurance claims and etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
  • High level verbal and written communications skills;
  • Discretion and confidentiality;
