- Document the receipt of official documents and file them efficiently.
- Properly compile all soft copies according to on hand files and must be labeled per document/ category.
- Properly label all hard copies with its corresponding reference code.
- Keep and organize a file of pertinent documents related to a specific case.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures;
- Knowledgeable in basic process, principles and procedure of government agencies in Business Permits, Licenses, Insurance claims and etc.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Proficiency in English;
- Exemplary planning and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- High level verbal and written communications skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
