About the Family:

A warm and welcoming family residing in BGC, is seeking a talented and passionate Private Chef to join their household. The family appreciates authentic international dishes, focusing on fresh, healthy, and flavorful meals. They value someone who can create delicious home-style dishes as well as special menus for occasional gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner).
• Specialize in a range of Indian cuisines (North Indian, South Indian, regional specialties) and be open to cooking some international dishes as requested.
• Create weekly menus in consultation with the family based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers and local markets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Manage grocery shopping, pantry inventory, and food storage.
• Prepare meals for family events and small gatherings when needed.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian dishes, low-spice meals) and adapt recipes as necessary.

Requirements:

• Culinary training or certification. Experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to plan healthy, balanced, and nutritious meals.
• Knowledge of international cuisine is a plus.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
• Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (flexible hours, depending on family needs)
