- Min 2.5 years Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and qualify leads effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Core responsibilities:
- Review and assess incoming leads from various sources (website inquiries, phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to determine their needs and interest level.
- Set up high-quality appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Coordinate and manage the sales teams calendar to ensure efficiency.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Provide a positive first impression and build rapport with potential customers.
- Answer initial inquiries, address common objections, and educate leads about our products/services.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads who are not yet ready to convert.
