Entity Finance Specialist

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?

Your role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all reporting functions.

• Month-End Closing & Corporate Reporting – Oversee closing activities, analyze balance sheets & P&L, and ensure accurate quarterly reporting.
• Financial Analysis and Entity Reporting – Review key account reconciliations, present balance sheet insights, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Statutory Financial Statements & Audit – Ensure IFRS compliance, coordinate audits, and improve financial statement processes.
• Tax Compliance & Partnering – Support tax audits, regulatory reporting, and intercompany transactions.
• Process Improvements – Streamline finance operations, enhance automation, and document best

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, statutory audit, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and a basic understanding of the PH Corporate Tax system.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proactive and confident, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of leading meetings and business presentations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP ERP and SAP BW is highly desirable.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred.
