VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to responsible departments
- Record details of inquiries, feedback, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Issue invoices to clients as needed.
- Research for business information effectively.
- Maintain clients' appointments/calendars.
Skills needed:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication skills (prior call center experience is highly preferred.)
- Tech-savvy (proficient with the navigation of multiple web-based tools)
- Keen attention to details and can multitask.
- Data Entry and Web research skills
- Reliable and has excellent listening skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in American English with a neutral accent is incredibly important. A near-native speaker is a huge plus.
- Has warm and friendly personality
- Can work with minimal supervision
- 1-2 Years experience as a CSR/VA
- Preferably Female and Cebu-based applicants.
- Someone seeking long-term employment and career growth
- Training will be provided so you are expected to work in our office for 1 week before transitioning to Work From Home set-up.
