Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor / Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor / Manager to join our team a in Bataan, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art power generation facility.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximise system uptime and reliability
- Liaise with operations teams to identify and resolve any electrical or instrumentation-related issues
- Manage and coordinate the work of electrical and instrumentation technicians and contractors
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as required
- Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within the power generation industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams of electrical and instrumentation technicians
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems used in power plants
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices for the power generation industry
- Proficient in the use of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
