Qualifications:
Position: Human Resources Associate/Supervisor
Bring your expertise and leadership skills to help us build a motivated, high-performing team!
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Management.
- Experience: at least 2 years supervisory or higher level handling HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, compliance and payroll, employee engagement and retention, and policy implementation. Experience is a must!
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with an understanding of the Philippine Labor Code.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in preparing reports, proposals, and policy documentation.
- Experience in mentoring, counseling, and coaching in a company with approximately 50 employees
- Passion for conducting staff training and belief in instilling a positive company culture
- Retail experience is plus
