Job Overview
The Business Development Head is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This role involves leading market research, sales strategies, client relationship management, and revenue generation to achieve business goals.
Duties and responsibilities- Business Growth & Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential revenue streams.
- Set annual sales and growth targets, ensuring achievement of company objectives.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor market demand and customer preferences to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition
- Identify and build strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance market reach.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts to drive business expansion.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Lead B2B and B2C sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor and optimize the sales funnel and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Strong expertise in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
