Freelance UGC Creator

We're looking for a freelance, on-camera content creator to help shape how our luxury brand shows up online. You'll produce short-form videos, engage with our community, and support our content strategy as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-converting UGC-style content that people watch, click, and buy from
- Stay updated on trends and what's working in content and ads
- Analyze performance and spot patterns across creatives
- Deliver content on time
- Shoot talking heads
- Perform live selling as needed
- Do model shoots
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating short-form, on-camera content (especially TikTok)
- Comfortable being the face of the brand
- Fluent in English and Tagalog (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong, clear on-camera presence with clean video/audio (no heavy editing needed)
- Skilled at connecting with audiences through real, relatable content
- Basic understanding of what performs well on social media
- Team player, willing to collaborate
- Background in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or content creation preferred
- Willing to work onsite, 3x/week
