What you'll be doing

Assist Bakers in the preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking of bread and pastry doughs according to established recipes and procedures
Operate and monitor baking equipment to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery
Package and label baked goods for sale, maintaining high standards of presentation
Restock and rotate product displays to meet customer demand
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Support the Bakers in any other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery

What we're looking for

With 6 months of experience as a Baker or Assistant Baker in a commercial bakery or food production environment
With or without experience are encouraged to apply! Fresh graduates are welcome.
Knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to follow recipes and procedures with precision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and food safety
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with Bakers and other bakery staff
A positive attitude and passion for creating delicious baked goods
