About the role

What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product and service offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and provide a positive customer experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer service software and technologies
