JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Sales Associate is responsible for soliciting credit card applications via different acquisition methods e.g. lobby management in Metrobank branches, callout of targeted customers from Bank-provided leads, booth selling in payroll companies, along with other similar acquisition activities set by the Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate designated card acquisition targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing all applicable programs for Branch Sales on the area assigned.
Offer products such as cards, loans and other identified products to prospective qualified clients of the Bank thru lobby management in Metrobank branches, focusing on depositors to increase penetration.
Perform call out function to new and prospective clients for the purpose of increasing card base, utilizing branch or provided leads.
Assist the branches in booth selling of bank products to existing payroll and corporate clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 6 months of sales experience (F2F and/or telemarketing), preferably in a credit card company / financial institution
Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Sales-driven, hardworking, willing to learn and with pleasing personality
Willing to extend hours, work on weekends and holidays
Willing to go on fieldwork and report to different Metrobank branches
