Booking Representative - 3 months contract (AU Services, WFH)
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Philippines
This is a 3-month contract with possibility of extension.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 2 years experience in customer service
- Exposure in inbound and outbound calling
- Experience working in property market or maintenance services industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Handling booking enquiries via email and phone- Inbound
- Calling and emailing tenants to arrange appointments- Outbound
- Processing bookings using operating systems in accordance with policies and procedures
- Communicating with tenant’s, property managers and field staff
- Achieving KPI goals
- Working and communicating with different departments within the company
- Updating job notes and capturing relevant information pertaining that a job
