  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in the poultry industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of poultry production, supply chain management, and market trends.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in managing large teams and working with cross-functional departments.
