Privacy and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Privacy and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team at LENA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring tools that support data governance activities. Your expertise will ensure the implementation of sustainable privacy principles and compliance requirements across our organization.

Tasks may include:

• Assisting in governance activities, including conducting assessments, monitoring system usage and compliance, creating training materials, and performing other related tasks.
• Implementing compliance requirements to ensure adherence to privacy principles and sustainable privacy practices.
• Systematizing privacy activities using technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• At least 3 years of experience in the digital or technology sector with a solid understanding of data privacy, information security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including policy implementation and compliance tracking.
• Proficiency in privacy management tools, methodologies, and systematized workflows.
• Project and product management experience, including stakeholder coordination, risk assessment, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities with integrity.
• Certifications in privacy, information security, or compliance are a plus.
