F&B Operations Manager - Olongapo

About the role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Manage and lead a team of Dealers, including supervisors, and Maintainance personnel
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and service standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Manage the Franchise budget, including monitoring expenses and optimizing resource utilization
• Serve as a role model and mentor to the Franchise team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar F&B operations management role, preferably in the fast-food or retail business
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements
• Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance
• Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and data analysis to optimize Franchise performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and cross-functional teams
• A passion for the Management job and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Must be willing to work on field, and must be able to drive
