About the role
Gencore Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing- Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet project objectives
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and efficient project execution
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
- Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that arise, and reporting to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
