Job Overview
Enshored is seeking a visionary and results-driven Talent Acquisition Director to lead and oversee our recruitment function in the Philippines. This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals, ensuring the efficient delivery of top-tier talent across our global BPO operations in the US, Asia, and Europe.The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in high-volume hiring, employer branding, recruitment operations, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce planning across multiple global sites.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, including sourcing specialists, recruiters, and recruitment coordinators.
- Establish and refine recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives, leveraging job portals, social media, and marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline operations.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze and leverage recruitment metrics, market trends, and data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition projects, such as recruitment marketing campaigns, workforce planning initiatives, and diversity hiring programs.
- Lead client/prospect-facing recruitment strategy sessions, presenting data-driven plans and ensuring alignment on hiring goals and KPI performance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
- Present hiring forecasts, talent insights, and recruitment performance reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement the organization’s regional goals and global strategy.
- Oversee and work with relevant teams regarding the strategy and execution of key programs (e.g., compensation, benefits, performance management).
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum Required:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment in a BPO, for start-ups, outsourcing, or shared services environment.
- Experience leading regional or global recruitment teams or supporting multi-site international operations (US, Europe, Asia).
Preferred:
- Direct experience working with onshore and offshore hiring strategies, workforce planning, and managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical, support, and leadership roles.
- Background in scaling recruitment teams, building TA functions from the ground up, or leading digital transformation projects in recruitment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Strong understanding of HRIS, recruitment metrics/analytics, and talent lifecycle management tools.
- Familiarity with automation, AI in sourcing, and modern recruitment technologies.
Soft & Leadership Skills:
- Strategic thinking and executive stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse recruitment teams.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and cross-cultural awareness.
- Project management and change management skills (especially in periods of growth or transformation).
Certifications (not required but highly regarded):
- PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter.
- Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) certification.
- Six Sigma/Lean certifications
Languages: C2 English and Tagalog Proficiency

- Deep understanding of: Philippine labor laws, labor standards, and recruitment compliance.
- Recruitment trends in the Philippines, especially in NCR, Cebu, and emerging BPO hubs.
- Challenges of 24/7 operations, night shift hiring, and managing attrition-heavy talent pools.
Experience with:
- Strategic workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Campus recruitment, referral programs, and internal mobility programs in the BPO context.
- Working across time zones and handling diverse candidate expectations.

- Frequent travel within Metro Manila to Enshored’s various Operational Sites and to organize and implement talent acquisition events or visit partnership organizations
- Quarterly travel to Enshored’s operational sites in the Philippines.
- Occasional travel to Enshored’s other global operations sites.
